With all the parts in hand, head to The Black Lace Burlesque in the Footlight District. This bench is set up the right set of stairs, which is to the left of the Widow's Wine Perk-A-Cola machine. It is on the ground to the left of a bench. The microphone is located through the Rift in the Subway Station.
